Ports of Auckland needed a new commercial presentation and design training for staff

The Brief

The team at Ports of Auckland approached Audience Alive for a new commercial sales presentation template and makeover of 50 slides. It needed modernizing with a cleaner visual design in keeping with the new corporate identity. The team also required in-depth presentation training for key members of staff on how to update and deliver the slides.

The Solution

Audience Alive updated the Ports of Auckland Commercial Presentation by first creating and agreeing a new presentation template incorporating over 30 slide variations, icons, infographics and animations. Once this was approved the team at AudienceAlive loaded 50 slides from the commercial presentation, adding an interactive menu and video backgrounds.

Following the successful delivery of the presentation, AudienceAlive trained key members of staff on how to update the slides in future without additional input. The idea here was to empower the staff to quickly build out new slides with minimal effort and time allowing for quick delivery of impactful slides. The presenters were also given the latest Presenter Remote Control from Logitech – the Spotlight controller.

The Verdict:

The team at Ports of Auckland were very happy with how it turned out. They found that the system created more engagement with the audiences whilst allowing them the flexibility to move dynamically through the slides. The result was much more impactful than their previous solution.

Queenstown Resort College Presentology

Queenstown Resort College needed a sales presentation design revamp to engage and attract new students – We delivered!

The Brief

The team at QRC approached Audience Alive for a tidy up and update of the QRC Sales Presentation. It needed modernizing with a cleaner more professional visual design alongwith the ability to engage potential students using interactive voting technology.

The Solution

Audience Alive updated the QRC Sales Presentation by adding an interactive menu and live voting slides to gamify and engage the audience. The idea was to add live interaction whilst making the presentation fun to deliver. This was achieved with the new design and also by adding a easy to navigate menu and slide structure for ease of access to certain information within the slide deck. We also provided a Turning Technologies electronic voting system to enable the audience to play a quiz throughout the presentation and give live feedback on their interest level. The presenters were also given the latest Presenter Remote Control from Logitech – the Spotlight controller.

MTF Finance Conference Production

We revamped their annual conference to add impact

MTF Finance understands the need to create a memorable dealer conference. So they asked us to gamify their current presentation by creating an interactive quiz that audience members could play. We created a quiz using their content and added interactive elements which the audience can vote on using supplied voting keypads. We also redesigned their content around their conference theme and John Quinn MC’d the event to add further impact. The result was increased audience engagement and a professional event with world-class content.

Lisa Nilson, Director of Marketing & Communications at The Headwaters, approached Audience Alive regarding a new professional animated presentation. The presentation was to be very informative yet visually appealing and interesting. This was to showcase and inform about Camp Glenorchy and it’s modern eco-friendly design and functionality.

The Solution

Audience Alive worked with Lisa to design and build a truly great interactive animated presentation. The PowerPoint presentation featured a strong and robust navigation which enabled the user to control what and how certain sections were shown to the audience. This enabled the vision of the Camp Glenorchy founders to shine throughout the whole presentation in a fun and inviting way.

Audience Alive updated and modernised the A W Fraser Ltd Sales Presentation and lifted it up to a world-class standard. The idea was to convey all information in a easy to read and flowing way. This was achieved with the new design and also by adding a easy to navigate menu and slide structure for ease of access to certain information within the slide deck.

Kiwi Wealth Presentation Upgrade

We gave the Kiwi Wealth GMI
Presentation a Facelift Upgrade & Audience Interaction

The Brief

Kiwi Wealth, formally Gareth Morgan Investments, approached us with the task to upgrade their Annual Investors Meeting Presentation for 2017. They also wanted a way to involve the audience more and create a dialogue with a view to engage the audience with interactivity.

The Solution

Audience Alive rebuilt their presentation from the ground up. A brand new PowerPoint slide deck design with a look that bought the presentation alive! We also supplied Turning Technologies audience engaging interactive hardware and software that worked with Microsoft PowerPoint to enhance the whole Kiwi Wealth GMI experience.

We made an dynamic interactive presentation for International Luge Developments

The Brief

The Luge is one of the premier tourist attractions in NZ and now the world. With over seven sites worldwide and more on the way, lot’s of people will be Lugeing in the future. As the Manager of International Luge Developments, Danny Luke’s job is to travel extensively pitching to new potential Luge sites and managing the existing ones. He needed a dynamic interactive presentation which best showed off the Luge experience simply but also could delve into the deepest facts and figures.

The Solution

Here we brought all of our presentation services into force:
1. We created an awesome animation showing the diversity of companies that Skyline owns.
2. We then followed with a kickass Luge logo animation
3. Next we had a beautiful timeline slide showing the growth over the years
4. Up next an embedded Video overview of Luge to give an overview to the viewer
5. The animated interactive map allows each site to be explored interactively,
with facts videos and media on each of these mini slideshows
6. Each of these descriptive slides are beautifully animated and simply presented
