We revamped their annual conference to add impact

MTF Finance understands the need to create a memorable dealer conference. So they asked us to gamify their current presentation by creating an interactive quiz that audience members could play. We created a quiz using their content and added interactive elements which the audience can vote on using supplied voting keypads. We also redesigned their content around their conference theme and John Quinn MC’d the event to add further impact.  The result was increased audience engagement and a professional event with world-class content.

The Brief

Kiwi Wealth, formally Gareth Morgan Investments, approached us with the task to upgrade their Annual Investors Meeting Presentation for 2017. They also wanted a way to involve the audience more and create a dialogue with a view to engage the audience with interactivity.

The Solution

Audience Alive rebuilt their presentation from the ground up. A brand new PowerPoint slide deck design with a look that bought the presentation alive! We also supplied Turning Technologies audience engaging interactive hardware and software that worked with Microsoft PowerPoint to enhance the whole Kiwi Wealth GMI experience.

We gave the client the choice between using an app or voting keypads to engage the audience. They chose the keypad system as it was autonomous and much simpler to use. More information on the system is available here: Turning Technologies Voting Keypads + Kits

a Presentation Facelift Upgrade

The Brief

Skyline Enterprises had their 2016 AGM in Queenstown where 400 shareholders came to meet and have a presentation on the latest developments. Audience Alive were tasked with making the onscreen content more engaging and dynamic. We designed a successful AGM presentation upgrade for Skyline Enterprises.

The Solution

For this presentation we used several techniques. Firstly the opening animation was developed along with the client. A two minute animated montage was created to open and close the meeting using images from the clients archive. Everyone loves to see old and new images and we found this to be the best way to communicate the dramatic growth Skyline Enterprise has gone through. Next we added a series of nicely animated slides to introduce each speaker and and animated timeline.
