From an email brief, Audience Alive created a new Auto Super Shoppes Presentation by adding design elements, infographics and animations. The idea was to add professionalism whilst making the presentation enjoyable to deliver.

The Solution

Audience Alive updated the Ports of Auckland Commercial Presentation by first creating and agreeing a new presentation template incorporating over 30 slide variations, icons, infographics and animations. Once this was approved the team at AudienceAlive loaded 50 slides from the commercial presentation, adding an interactive menu and video backgrounds.

Following the successful delivery of the presentation, AudienceAlive trained key members of staff on how to update the slides in future without additional input. The idea here was to empower the staff to quickly build out new slides with minimal effort and time allowing for quick delivery of impactful slides. The presenters were also given the latest Presenter Remote Control from Logitech – the Spotlight controller.

The Solution

Audience Alive updated the QRC Sales Presentation by adding an interactive menu and live voting slides to gamify and engage the audience. The idea was to add live interaction whilst making the presentation fun to deliver. This was achieved with the new design and also by adding a easy to navigate menu and slide structure for ease of access to certain information within the slide deck. We also provided a Turning Technologies electronic voting system to enable the audience to play a quiz throughout the presentation and give live feedback on their interest level. The presenters were also given the latest Presenter Remote Control from Logitech – the Spotlight controller.
