Increased Speed & Simplicity
Voting can be displayed on-screen in front of the audience instantaneously. Moderating can also be done in real-time before results are displayed if needed.
In recent years there has been a marked increase in the level of voting at company general meetings and a move from a show of hands to resolutions being taken by electronic poll. These factors have led to a need to automate the voting process. In response to the changes, Audience Alive has developed an electronic voting system that streamlines the voting process: Polling is conducted live via our moderator and motions are added on the spot for greater transparency. Votes can be weighted by the attendee’s shareholding.
Audience Alive can create an Interactive Themed Quiz based around your business or sector with your voting system rental. The quiz uses keypads to allow contestants to answer multiple-choice questions that increase in difficulty. The questions can be tailored to your companies business sector or specific theme (eg: Sports) along with lighthearted general trivia questions. The audience can vote as teams or as individuals. Participants have to answer the multiple choice questions which are displayed on the screen by pressing the required button on the Keypad.
You receive a detailed, post event report to use as data for future events or gaining audience feedback. A range of customised reports are also available and can be produced within minutes.
How the Seminar Live Voting System Works…..
Results can be moderated live and quiz questions also added on the go. The software is quick and efficient. Works perfectly in real-time running in tandem with Microsoft PowerPoint.
With the simple 9 button RF keypad quiz, voting and polling questions can be allocated to a button i.e. 1-A, 2-B, 3-C, etc.
Results are displayed instantly on screen as either: Percentages only, bar graphs or pie charts. The results screen can be fully configured to reflect your company’s branding. Our system is multilingual and both questions results and reports can be delivered in dual languages. We can also offer blind voting where by we hide results in the event that a survey is required.
Reports are produced automatically in MS Excel and PowerPoint, should they be required for future reference, and emailed to the required persons.

- Questions will be displayed on the screen, and you will be asked to choose your response.
- When instructed, please enter a response by pressing (and releasing) the button of your choice.

- After the event, please leave your keypad behind as it is security tagged.
- Thank-you and remember, your vote counts.
How is the collected data displayed on the screen?
Typical results are horizontal and vertical bar graphs or pie charts. We can customise this on request.

As factory default, there is one vote per keypad per question. There is no chance of duplication of votes. However, weighted and priority ranked voting is possible. Please ask for details.
Where does this data get collected?
Reports are available in Excel or Word format with graphical results in PowerPoint™ after the voting has closed.
How do I track responses from participants?
